Purpose:  To verify a Microsoft OfficeLive Site through Google Webmaster Tools.

Rationale:  Inherent weaknesses in previously suggested methods to verify on Google Webmaster Tools for OfficeLive Sites required a new method for verification and providing a Google XML Sitemap.
